Olive Oil Tasting Training at Pelagos Restaurant / Four Seasons

Our company had the honor of conducting a specialized olive oil tasting training for the staff of the acclaimed restaurant Pelagos / Four Seasons, with the aim of enhancing their skills in identifying and evaluating the various quality characteristics of olive oil.
