At Eleology, we’re inspired by the rich heritage of Greece’s olive oil cultivation, and we’re committed to supporting farmers start their next chapter by adopting more sustainable, eco-friendly practices. With transparency at the heart of our supply chain, we strive through farming methods to minimize carbon footprint from farm to table because olive trees sequester more carbon than is emmited.

We’re contributing to create a healthier today and a greener tomorrow.

Eleology isn’t just an olive oil brand. We’re a movement. The Eleology ORG program empowers small-to-medium scale olive oil farmers across Greece, giving them the knowledge, resources and practical support to embrace environmentally sustainable practices to future-proof their businesses.

In this way, these farmers can continue to support their local communities and safeguard one of Greece’s most culturally and economically significant industries.

Sustainability doesn’t stop at production. Before your olive oil reaches your doorstep, it’s transferred into our eco-friendly packaging. Each 500ml bottle and 5-liter tin is sourced, manufactured, and transported using the most environmentally responsible practices available.

Our olive oil bottles and tins are recyclable. Don’t forget to recycle our mailer boxes as well!

When you purchase organic extra virgin olive oil from Eleology, you’re not just supporting a small business. You’re helping hundreds of local communities throughout Greece. Our sustainable olive oil producers provide stable employment and income for farmers and workers throughout the Mediterranean.

By supporting responsible harvesting, we’re making a difference to local communities. We minimize the environmental impact of olive oil production, while safeguarding the industry – and its cultural heritage – for the next generation.

We’re all working to lower our carbon footprint. The beauty of organic extra virgin olive oil is that it’s just as good for the planet around us as it is for your diet. Extra virgin olive oil has a lower carbon footprint than most cooking oils, with our producers helping to create a carbon-negative industry.

We’re constantly looking for ways to make our supply chain more sustainable and to reduce our carbon footprint. From farm to table, our organic extra virgin olive oil is creating a better tomorrow – one bottle at a time.
