Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Eleology. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products in accordance with the following terms.

Right of Withdrawal (Product Return)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase (return the product) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the obligation to provide a reason.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • It must be accompanied by the receipt and its original packaging.
  • The customer bears the return cost, unless the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly by our company.

Return Process

  1. Contact: Before proceeding with the return, please contact us at marketing@eleology.com or at +30 210-4116349 to inform us of your intention to return the product and receive instructions.
  2. Packaging: The product must be returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Shipping: Send the product to the address:

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with a refund or issue a credit note, depending on your choice. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product.

Product Replacement or Exchange

If you received a product that:

  • is defective,
  • is different from what you ordered, you can request a replacement or exchange at no extra cost. In this case, we will fully cover the cost of return shipping and the shipment of the new product.

Exclusions from the Return Policy

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of damage.
  • Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • In case of repeated returns from the same customer, we reserve the right to assess the situation and deny further returns.
