The codes used to identify users are two: the Login Code (e-mail or username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which each time they are entered provide access to users’ personal information with absolute security. In case of loss or leakage, they must notify us immediately; otherwise, ELEOLOGY’s online store is not responsible for unauthorized use. 9. Returns for Replacement / Repair

You have the right to return purchased products and request their replacement:
a) In all cases where ELEOLOGY is proven to have delivered the wrong products or defective products (e.g., order error, invoicing error, damaged during transport, poor packaging).
b) In all cases where there is a real defect covered by the product warranty.

The maximum period for returns for replacement cannot exceed ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt. Products must be returned in the condition received, complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all documents (e.g., Delivery Note – Invoice, Retail Receipt).

Before any return, it is recommended to contact ELEOLOGY. Returns are accepted if:

  • You contact ELEOLOGY on the same or the next business day.
  • The product has not been used.
  • All necessary documents proving the transaction accompany the product.

If products are not returned within ten (10) days, ELEOLOGY may not accept the return.

10. Order Cancellation – Withdrawal

An order can be canceled in the following cases:

  • If the order has been completed online but the product has not yet been shipped, call 2104116349 and our team will cancel it.
  • After receiving the product, contact us by phone or via email form explaining your reason for cancellation.

You have the right to return products and request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging at your expense. ELEOLOGY will refund you as soon as it confirms the product’s condition.

No justification is required for returning a product (unjustified withdrawal), but ELEOLOGY may ask you the reason for the return solely to improve its products and services. Your response is optional and unrelated to the refund.
